Two cute little boys came to my studio with their mom. They told me they wanted some super duper pictures with their wonderful mom who loves and cherishes every moment with them. They brought rattles, bells, books and toys, but the most favorite of all was this bear that sings! Every time mom turned the bear on and it began to sing, the boys just stared in amazement and began to laugh and dance with the bear! The bear is full of bright colors that grab their attention and they get so excited when she sings. It was a special moment to watch and capture their bright smiles. Thank you guys for coming in…enjoy your sneak peek!

What darling little girls! Sienna, the cute little 7 month old with her curious little looks….and Bailee, the sweet little 2 yr old who loves to be the center of attention…I had a fun session with these 2 sisters and their cute little laughs and silly giggles. It’s always fun to play in the studio and capture some natural personality.

A playtime in the creek with Riley! Such a sweet little boy. Mom & I thought it would be so fun to take Riley down by the creek and let him do what little boys love to do….play in the water and get dirty….yep, that’s Riley! He loves his Tonka Truck…so off he went filling it with lots and lots of leaves. I think he dumped it 3 or 4 times…..with his camo boots on, it was off to the water to get wet and muddy. He thought it was funny when he threw his stick in the water and it splashed and got me all wet!! haha….it was funny..and FUN! I had a great time watching him play and just letting him be a BOY….isn’t that what we remember most of our kids? How they liked to just have fun and be themselves? Mommy and Daddy will surely treasure these photos of him forever…..

I had the opportunity to attend the After Dark Education that was held in Portland, Oregon this past week. There were about 35 mentors there to teach and help you with just about anything you wanted. I had a great time talking, learning, observing, and shooting with some really great photographers! Three full days of shooting, with the last day being a “shoot on your own” and “set it up yourself” day. So I got myself a couple cute little models and set up the set.
It sure helped to have cute and adorable little models to shoot! I only have a few processed so far, so I’ll be adding more as I can, but just had to post this little girl’s photos. I sat back for over an hour waiting for her to be available to me and it was worth the wait. I think I see a next America’s Top Model some day! Miss “K” was awesome and she made my job so easy. The best part is that she really was enjoying herself and having a great time! Afterwards I sat and looked at her adorable little face and realized that I need to pursue my desire in kids commercial photography.
