I belong to the National Association of Professional Child Photographers and recently entered some of my images into the 1st Half International Image Competition in June 2010 and received a 1st place and 3rd place awards. I’m extremely excited about this, especially being my first competition! Let me say, there were a lot of gorgeous images entered and I feel very honored to have received these awards. There will be a press release to the local paper coming out soon. I’ll post back when I know the date. You can see the full competition here and view all the beautiful images.
