Welcome Baby Carter at 8 days old…my good friend and fellow photographer, Keri Meyers, came down from Seattle, Washington to work with me in planning our Pure Baby Workshop. We’re gearing up for our first workshop to be held on February 5-6, 2011 in Portland, Oregon. We’re so excited to work with some fabulous photographers who are coming from all over to learn all about Newborn Portraiture for 2 days of Pure Baby!
Little Boy
Your life will be filled with riotous joy;
You’re in for it now; boy, oh boy!
Your new and thrilling life begins,
Full of baby boy coos and mischievous grins.
He’ll use every trick and baby ploy
To get your attention…your baby boy.
Soon he’ll crawl, explore and run;
His boyish adventures will never be done.

He’ll be grown in a moment, your cute baby boy.

Two cute little boys came to my studio with their mom. They told me they wanted some super duper pictures with their wonderful mom who loves and cherishes every moment with them. They brought rattles, bells, books and toys, but the most favorite of all was this bear that sings! Every time mom turned the bear on and it began to sing, the boys just stared in amazement and began to laugh and dance with the bear! The bear is full of bright colors that grab their attention and they get so excited when she sings. It was a special moment to watch and capture their bright smiles.
